Is anyone headed to the flyin at mountain air 0GE5 Oct 22? Suppose to be alot of cubs there.
"Bennett Aiken has really put together a spectacular event for the Georgia Cub Flyers. Were talking Chuck Wagon Cobblers, great cook out, possible blue grass band, prizes, antique cars, spectacular grass field, Cubs, Cubs and more Cubs! So dont miss this event. For current members the meal for you and a guest is free . For all others $10.00 adults, $5.00 children, and un-der 6 free. If youve never been to Mountain Air Park your in for a treat.
So no excuses, drive, fly or walk but meet me in Cleveland.
Where: Mountain Air Park (OGE5) located just 21 miles north of Gaines-ville A/P (KGVL) and 10 miles west of Habersham (KAJR)
When: October 22nd (Absolutely the best weekend for color and festivals. Arrive 10:00 am Meeting 11:00 am, Lunch 12:00.
Surface: Turf 2900 feet long 130 ft wide, 35/17, Freq 122.9, left hand pat-tern, follow ―follow me‖ cart to designated area, bring tie downs"
