Non-profit tail wheel flight school

Hi Guys,

I am contemplating starting up a non-profit tailwheel flight school in the Las Vegas NV (KBVU) area. If any of you have ventured down this path I would be interested in hearing both the positive and negative aspects of your experiences. I hate to reinvent the wheel unnecessarily.
