I've always enjoyed flying into the sunset on a clear day. As night approaches, the distant city lights out in the horizon seem to pop out, the radio chatter slows down to a trickle. Even the plane seems to enjoy it. The engine runs better, the plane is no longer at the mercy of updrafts...
As I'm still searching for my perfect plane, I wonder if I'll miss that type of flying.(if I go with a j3). Do you ever miss night flying?
