Cub Pilots,

A good friend of mine offered to "let me" instruct in his Citabria as well as my Cub. He just wants a couple of bucks in the maintenance fund to cover wear and tear. He's very genuine and trusting, so I'd like to draw up a formal lease back agreement so he (and I) know exactly what to expect and avoid any misunderstandings and jeopardize our relationship.

So where might I find a good example of a lease back agreement, or at the very least considerations that should be included? I figured there ought to be some good lessons learned form those of you who've run a business like this before.

Mike-
