L4 Filter Box (and Tacho cable)

Is the flat filter box for the L4 (as opposed to the slanted J3 box) available for purchase, anywhere? Also the support bracket Part No A40029 ?
And where do I find a right hand lay tacho cable with a female (internal thread) attachment on engine side and a male (external thread) on the tacho end?
