I have a recently removed gear from a 1945 J3. The left side is serviceable. It has a patch but is in good shape. The right side needs repair. It has bad tubing and will have to be welded. Asking $450 for all.

The left side gear is serviceable. It has been patched previously. Nothing wrong with it. The patch won't show after covering. The right side tubing is rotten near the axle. It broke through when sand blasted. It can be repaired. It would need to be jigged to keep the gear straight. We decided to replace the entire gear since we are rebuilding the entire airplane.
