While adjusting the idle stop screw I noticed the stop screw had no spring or such on it to keep it from moving and changing the setting. Then I saw what looked to be a screw adjustment for the friction. After looking at the carb parts explosion I see it listed as a tapered split pin. Can I tap the pin tighter to lock the position? Thanks, Albert
