I just wanted to share with you another highlight in my flying life. My AOPA Mentor pilot became my first passenger and presented me with the AOPA Mentor program completion certificate and took a few photos.

Steve is an instrument rated C-172 pilot, He is a very safe and cautious pilot and that had a big influence on me. However, his flying is very different from our low and slow, stick and rudder flying. I took him into 3 local grass fields surrounded by tall trees (where I was trained on), the normal high approach, then slip down and land. He loved it! We had a great time! He loved the feel and maneuverability of my sport cub, his first time with a stick!
