Its been too long since I removed the fuel tank from my cub. Now I don't recall the stackup. Not that the way it was done on my cub was right when I removed it!!!!

I have the bottom "stirrups". The short one in the front, the long one in the back. The ones with brackets appear to go over the top of the tank. The question is: Do the stirrup straps go under the fuselage diagonal screw blocks, and the "over the top" ones go on top of the diagonal screw blocks? Or, does the whole tank and strap assembly sit on top or underneath the diagonal screw block. My tank is still tacky from painting or I could mess around and mabe figure it out, but I'm sure many of you have this stack-up memorized in detail. Also, what is the best soure and or solution for the fuzzy cushioning material that goes between the straps and the tank??

Thanks for the help.
