Cross posting this from Supercub for Eskflyer look for info on J-3, any help appreciated.

Looking for any information on NC70719 reregistered N22AK for Audrey Knutson? SERIAL #17736 1942 J3-65 . My wife's grandpa bought this new and then later sold her. ended up in Kodiak under owner name Benjamin H olds, shows deregistered in 2012 and the story ends there , cannot locate Old's or the aircraft. Did hear of a mystery J3 in Kodiak that was brought back to life from the bushes. Looking for info on this bird. We have photos of her when new with wood floats and skis. if you want to remain anonymous contact me at 907-394-3579.

Aircraft might have been left in Port Lions, Kodiak June 27 1985. and or wrecked several more times since.

Thanks
