Gents: About 6 months ago I posted a request to this site about information on buying a J3. I know am the proud owner of a 1941 J3 that I purchased from Dick Tennent of the Mobile area of Alabama. NC 27973. Yesterday I completed my 10.4 hours of dual and my Instructor Jerry Zerbe of Flushing Michigan and he said he would give me the tailwheel endorsement. I ask him to hold off as I think a few more hours will make me feel better about tailwheel flying. I really enjoy this site and find the information helpful and sometimes entertaining. Plus I really enjoy pulling up to gas pump behind the C 182 after he put in 300.00 and I fill for 65.00. This is going to be a blast...
