It was scanned for Jim by the library staff at McNeese University in Louisiana.

Quote "The picture is located in their Horace Leonard Hutchison special collection. He was a photographer for the 125th Observation Squadron - Light (later redesignated 125th Liaison Sq). The location is unidentified but it appears to be Post Field, Ft. Sill. The 125th was based there from Sept '41 to April '42 and all these are aircraft including the O-38 were flown by them. The Douglas O-38 with striped rudder in background seems to place it in a Jan thru April 1942 time frame. End Quote
