This is the final result after a five year restoration. The last year was accelerated by the very talented Frank Sabo. It's last flight was August 4 1976, post restoration flight April 8 under a ferry permit to get it to Oshawa (CYOO). It then got caught in the Transport Canada web of paper work. Happy to say the final signature happened yesterday and was given a CofA (Certificate of Airworthiness) Many thanks to Frank Sabo Rolly Siemonsen Mike Siemonsen Benjamin Clement Jim Brown and many others who helped out with this project. Also my wife CathyView attachment ImageUploadedByJ3 Cub1498606107.213028.jpgView attachment ImageUploadedByJ3 Cub1498606132.744788.jpg for putting up with me. Looking forward to being the care taker for a while and seeing the country side from low and slow again.
