Anyone know how to decode a early Sensenich Propeller, like how to figure out the pitch?
The number on the prop is DES76E3. Serial# 7002

I went to the Sensenich web site and according to the serial number it was manufactured between 1932 and 1942.

The current propeller for our plane (a50 cont) is listed as # W76B-47

I can see the diameters are the same but was wondering how to compare the pitch between the two. The old prop was once on our plane.

DES76E3
W76B-47

Anyone know?

If not I'll give Sensenich a call on Monday.

Thanks in advance.
