Control pulleys

I need help locating an aircraft control pulley to replace the one that came with the partially built Sport Trainer, PA-11 replica project.

The pulley is 1 1/4 in. in diameter, with full enclosed bearing and 3/16 bore or inside diameter. It is used on the elevator cable whithin the torque tube assembly.

All the large part companies do not carry this item anymore.
