Continental A65 Hub

Gentlemen,

I have this A65 Prop Hub that seems to be in good condition after cleaning.
According to your experience, when a crack develops, it starts on the woodruff key channel or on the prop flange?

Besides, what kind of finish would you give to it?
Is electroplating acceptable?
