Does anyone have the acceptable limits for fuel level in the Stromberg NAS3B carburetor as well as
the torque value for tightening the needle seat? Also, is a fuel head of .5 psi (about 20 inches above bowl) what I want to use during adjustment? This will go on an A65. I've been to the Bowers Fly Baby site as suggested by another member and found lots of great info about Stromberg carbs, but nothing specific to the NAS3B.
