I removed a brass nut on the left side to check the screen. I couldn’t replace it, threads won’t thread on. I can push the nut fully in without turning it. I think it’s the carburetor side thread problem.
If this is the correct nut? I could replace it first.
Otherwise I’d be looking for a replacement carburetor bowl or find a die set large enough to clean the threads.
