Having just gotten a float endorsement last week, ( ☺)I am looking forward to exploring some lakes in my area for fishing. I have been thinking of finding lakes with boats stored in them (some friends have some in the area) but am wondering about a folding boat or an inflatable boat. Does anyone take their cub fishing and how do you do it? I would guess that fishing from from the float would be good only in a few limited lakes.

Also, if some of you use a boat, what kind and how do you like it?
Thanks, cheers, Shawn
