API Tailwheel Kingpin Nut Torque

Anyone know what the kingpin nut on the API 6131 (double fork) tailwheel should be torqued? I know that some add a fiber washer to the assembly to prevent shimmy. I’ve tried contacting API a number of times without luck. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full.
