Anyone with super decathlon experience?

I have know of an 8KCAB with an AEIO320 with a constant speed that has been sitting hangared, un annualed since 2007. The airplane is a little rough, cam strted to rust so it is making a little metal so engine will need major and prop has AD so it will need to be overhauled or replaced. Wing has had AD done and they said it was good. That will need to be double checked. The airframe is nice and straight and the fabric is a 5 out of 10, it has a few more years left in it. Price is 15k. That sounds like a good deal to me. However, I would like to run it by a guy with some decathlon experience. If anyone has experience with one or knows a specialist I could call I would appreciate it.
