The Potomac Antique Aero Squadron 39th annual Antique Aircraft Fly-in is this Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Horn Point Airport, MD18, west of Cambridge MD.
In good weather a large number of rare and beautiful antique aircraft show up, and total aircraft can go well over 200. There are several categories of judging on Saturday, which is the best day to attend. Set-up is Friday.

Horn Point is a beautiful grass airport built by the DuPont's and now owned by the U of MD as part of an agricultural research center. The field is opened only for this event, but is well kept with dry, crowned main runway. Two years ago I went to look at J3s, and there were about 15 of them, plus a couple L4s.
