Hey everyone,

I had an incident with my telescoping radio antenna. I had it extended for pictures and pushed the airplane back into the hangar before retracting it. Snapped it at the 3rd segment from the top.

I was a Journeyman blacksmith for a number of years and the Master I apprenticed under is still at it. I sent the antenna to him and he repaired it so you couldn't even tell it was ever broken. He is a master with a TIG welder.

If anyone is ever in need of repairs to an antenna, give me a holler. His name is Pete Renzetti in Delaware.
