I think you have info on the wrong aircraft. The one for sale is N42815, I am quite sure, based on the numbers on the wing. It also has problems, but not as bad as '819. "Status - In Question" is better than revoked, probably. It also says "Sale Reported", and "sold to M.T. McCambridge". However, Mr. McCambridge is not listed as owning any aircraft. Perhaps it just has not been recorded yet.
'815 is shown on e-bay as being in California, and that is what the FAA shows. FAA records shows an 85 hp engine, same as the e-bay ad. '819 is shown in the FAA records as being in Georgia.
