A Cub in my region was damaged last week while the attachment bolt maintaining the tailwheel springs broke during a somewhat normal landing. The tailwheel bumped into the rudder, damaging it. Aircraft grounded for some time for repair.

Are you doing preventive replacement on this bolt every annual or so ? Mine is 2 years old with around 150 landings and may need to be replaced

Anyone knows the P/N or type of bolt to be ordered for replacement ?

Thanks
