For those of you thinking of making a compass deviation card, you may want to keep this in mind. When the stick is moved to different positions it changes the compass on my Cub as much as 6°! My guess is that when you're swinging the compass to make a deviation card, the stick should be centered in flight position before notating the heading.. Not that I have looked at my compass in flight. Just sayin.
