After uncovering one wing, I have small dents in leading edge skins (probably bird strikes). Are these likely to show up after covering with Ceconite 102?

The old cover was grade a with 15 coats of dope, I didn't notice the dents before uncovering, but the new cover will be Superflight with just a few coats of filler. What do you guys think?
