These brakes have been on the shelf for over 25 years. They were rebuilt by my dad sometime in the late 90s, unused since. Pucks and springs appear new (5/16” of brake block extends above spring). Expander tube condition is unknown. Dust covers have damage spots due to wear from brake drum. One brake has masking tape used during painting stuck to brake blocks.
