I love my L4, hold your tomatoes.

Pop has the T34 up north, but I have always been looking for the right Pitts to bend around. I have maybe 25 or 30 Pitts hours (all 2B), not much, but enough to know I love it and really appreciate the precision areobatics.

The 2C is out of the question on a government salary, as is the 2B though it would be my first choice and is a contender for the future. I'd consider a nice S2E for the right price.

Right now it seems you can get a nice 1C for a song and a dance, and a mid range 1S or T for twice that. My question is, will the 1C crush my love for the Pitts? Should I think of investing more initially in an S or T, or will a 1S scratch that itch? Airspeed doesn't impress me, but rollrate sure does.

There are some sleeper Pitts drivers here. What say you?
