Hi
I am starting a restoration process in a L4 which at the present is flying and runs with a continental 85hp. I will change it for the continental O200 with 100 hp. And will change the current wood propeller for a metallic one Mc Cauley 1B90
Does somebody know how is the final performance with these changes.
1.Which is the useful load ( assuming that the final weight of the plane with electrics will be around 800 lbs)
2. Which is the aprox. Crushing speed with 100hp.
3. Do you recommend to install the he high compression piston in order to get 110/115 hp for takeoffs. Is it really woth??or is better to keep the stock 100hp engine
