I suspect that I may have a loose aileron bracket on my left wing, innermost bracket, and noticed that there is a dimple in the fabric where an inspection cover could be put in. Looking in my manuals I noticed it is one of the places designated by the design for an inspection cover. I'm curious as to what would be required to cut the fabric and put the ring in/inspection cover?

The new inspection cover would give me access to where the aileron bracket attaches to the false spar.
