Will these Cleveland’s work on a j3?

These are Cleveland wheels, single puck brakes with backing plates and all. They came off a friends Maule who just put 29’s on. If they fit, which I’m pretty sure they will work with some slight mods to the fittings, what would one say they are worth? Also, I’m not really concerned with the STC.
