I have for sale a pair of original type Piper wheel pants. When I acquired these I was told that they left the Piper factory on a J3. However I have come to think that these were original to a later model. Possibly a PA15/PA17 Vagabond, PA16 Clipper, or maybe a PA20 Pacer. The attachment brackets look like they would fit the narrower landing gear vee rather than Cub gear. That said, I think the brackets could easily be modified to fit regular Cub type gear legs. The pants are not perfect, but in very nice condition overall. No cracks or big dents. Appear to have the original paint. Marked inside with the numbers : 12516-0 ( left side) and 12516-1 ( right side ) And they have the nifty little "step" on the tops. $450 plus shipping.Bill
