What Are These Two Long Nuts With Studs

Can someone tell me what these two long nuts, with studs and safety wire holes incorporated, are for? These nuts came on my Continental A65 when I bought it several years ago. I’m assuming they were for a different airplane then a Cub for attachment of something.
