I let my $199 ForeFlight subscription expire because I simply wasn’t using anything not offered in the $99 subscription. The reason for allowing it to expire is there is no option to renew at a lesser subscription than what I had. The only way for me to downgrade is to basically go to the website and start over. Our airport is closed indefinitely for construction so I am in no rush since I can’t fly anyway. That’s the first negative.

The second negative is I put a lot of files in ForeFlight because it is better than the standard iPhone document viewer. I no longer have access to them. When I do finally get around to getting a subscription, I will have to make it a point to never save another extra file to ForeFlight. This is assuming I don’t switch to an android phone before I do subscribe again.
