I just finished e-mailing Clay for advice on this problem, which seems to be an out of round tire/bulging tube on the right side. I have a new Sport Cub #32 with 12 hrs TT and it has a prounounced "bounce" when taxiing. This is very annoying at the least. This afternoon my very taildragger experienced instructor flew my plane and came back with concern and adament that this be looked into. Visual inspection reveals nothing but while taxiing if I look at the right tire it appears to be out of round. Input solicited. Regards, Dick
