I have a C-85 with a Stromberg carburetor. The engine runs like a top, but lately there is a hesitation with the throttle is advanced after landing. It does not happen if I am flying along and advance the throttle, or when I advance to take off. I feel like the windmilling propeller at landing is doing something to suck the carburetor dry.

Any insight? Does a Stromberg have an accelerator pump?
