Screw reference and type for PIPER L-4B leading covering

Hi every one,
Could someone give me the references and type of screws, that you put to fix the aluminum cover wing leading edge?
Would it be nice if you could tell me where you used to order them?

here some photos of actual old screw we have and we want to replace.
