HI All!

Found a L.H. Scott M.C. on e-bay, now I need one for the right. Anybody just happen to have one laying around? Funny, when I was bidding on the one I bought, there were TWO left side listed! Weird!

If you had a pair, I might still be interested (e-bay is a wonderfull thing!)

Not weird. There are more left hand Scotts than right, because some planes use two lefts.

No, it's because Piper used a "left" Scott master cylinder mounted on the firewall for THE brake master cylinder on the PA-20/22 with the hand "lever" brake.

I always understood the PA-22 used the LH Scott as Longwinglover said.

JimC, they say the mind is the first thing to go. I can't remember the next........

Tom, I sent you an email.

Piper used the left Scott master cylinder on the Tri-Pacer PA22. They were on the engine mount on the PA22-135 and under the pilot's seat on the PA22-150/160. Like John said they have a hand brake. I have a box of lefts and missing the right for my Cub project. :'(
