Greetings. I bought two alum propellers from a private party with the intent of putting them the wall of my shop and my rec room. But after looking at them thoroughly, I wonder if they are usable. The seller said he used to be a pilot and found them in a old hangar and said he had no idea of their history. one is a McCauley and the other is a Sensenich and both have model ID numbers, etc. I have two questions:
1) How can I determine if they are air worthy? A&P? Prop Shop?
2) How can I determine what aircraft these props fit?
thank you,
Bob
