Piper L-4 Air Box for sale
New reproduction of the original Air box for Piper L-4 available for sale. Three original Air Boxes were used as a pattern so this is as close as possible to original. Made from AISI 1020 sheet steel and TIG welded.
We have manufactured some extra parts and have only 3 sets available now.
Price is 385 EUR for complete painted ready to mount set as pictured with all accessories. Less air filter.
This is one of the main distinctive and unique parts to the L-4 mounted on the front as the slant type air boxes were introduced on post war J-3s.
Original ones are getting harder and harder to find and are often in bad condition so don´t miss this opportunity if you are looking for one or need a spare set.
