Pilot's Bill of Rights
My local congressman Richard Hanna who it a first term representitive and is a SEL and SES pilot ( 206 and CC180 ) and once owned the Cooperstown airport here is looking for some input into a bill that he is a co-sponsor of. HR 3816. I told him he might get some opinions if I post it on here. See what you think. Here's a link with a PDF.
