We've got the Univair STC for adding the 0-200 Continental to our J3C-65 Cub and are in the process of putting the whole exhaust system on there, fitting the muffler, custom shroud, and stacks. The stacks have to be modified somehow, welded to a new shape with a different bend in the elbows. Everything needs to be modified to fit around the generator/alternator area and the directions in the drawings are as clear as mud on a tailwheel. (This is an old STC that Univair bought from Piper.) Anybody out there got some shots they took of the engine area/exhaust system after doing that mod? Sure would like to see what it really looks like once you drop it down where it looks like it might could gotter git. Right now it seems like planning a long cross country and being hazy about the location of the destination airport. It's somewhere over yonder...
