By looking at this picture, does it look like the wings were recovered poorly? I sharpened the photo to bring out the "wrinkles" on the leading edges. This PA11 has been sitting in a hangar out in the boonies for about a year with no flying activity. Btw, it has a luscombe exhaust system and 8.50x6 tires. This exhaust and tires were not approved for the PA11 according to an IA, but others have said different things. Can anyone confirm?
A 337 for fabric recovery was never filed. How hard is it to get this refiled?
