PA-11 O-200 Better Heater?

I have a PA-11 with an O-200 on it. The heater completely sucks. Blows nice hot air in the summer, and a cool 45F breeze on cold days. I fly in some seriously cold weather (5F taking off at Leadville, CO during the day, etc) and could use something that actually works. On that flight, I had double ski gear on and came back from a 3 hour flight and was going numb. Any suggestions?
