New Fuselage Gas Tank: Brand W vs Brand U

Looks like I’m going to finally have to replace my original steel fuel tank. I’ve been reading old threads about Brand W vs Brand U tanks. Seems consensus is the W tank, in recent years, is equal to Brand U or maybe better. Has anyone installed a Brand W recently?

Brand W: $535
Brand U: $815

If there is a definite quality, form or fit difference, I don’t mind spending the extra money, but all things being equal, I don’t want to needless spend the extra $280.
