This may seem like a dumb question, but when I do an engine I don't mount the mags, carb, baffles, exhaust, etc., until the basic engine is mounted.
So I need advice from someone who has mounted a complete engine with even the carb air box attached. I have one cherry picker, but could get another.
I am thinking of bolting a prop to the crank, then lifting the thing by its nose, and then rotating into a couple sawhorses arranged to capture the rocker box cover flange on each side.
Once the engine is safely right-side up, I am home free.

Suggestions?
