I pulled my lower cowling to clean up a few items, I was surprised that the tailpipe shroud did not go all the way up and connect to the muffler shroud. When I try to slide the tailpipe shroud up it hits on the bottom tailpipe spacer before it meets the muffler shroud. There where some new risers, exhaust parts added at the last inspection but nothing in that area. The mechanic that done the work isn’t around so I’m trying to figure out what is going on. Attached are some pictures to help, this is on a 85hp engine.
