O. K. Gang, a couple of questions here:

Fire Extinguisher: (Modern, not the firefyter) What kind and where?

Brown interior glue: What works for removing it?

Painting the torque tube and clamps without removing them from the airplane. Thoughts?

Who makes a good after market baggage compartment lid? The one I have now is black vinyl with white piping. It matched the old interior, but I've installed new Naugahyde. I would prefer a lid with the plastic cover for the AC documents. What's original?

Foolishly thinking of spending gobs of money to convert the wheels back to 8X4's so I can get a set of the new Desser donut tires. I figure to offset the cost by selling my relatively new Clevelands to a Super Cub owner or restorer. Wait for the Grove wheels? Let Univair rip me off? Buy a used set? BFG or Grove STC? Forget it and keep the Clevelands, even though they look and feel differently - spend the money on gas instead?

Thanks for your thoughts, folks. I am enjoying my "new" airplane immensely.

A belated heartfelt thank you to Dave Johnson, a fine gentleman who is blessed with a beautiful airplane. I really enjoyed flying your Cub, David. Especially the 90HP part. ;D Thanks again for your hospitality.
