Just received this announcement. Massey Aerodrome is a privately owned, public use, grass farm strip on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. There are two beautiful grass runways, surrounded by flat farm land. Right now there should be thousands of geese in the corn fields. Usually several J-3's show up at the fly-ins here, and there are J-3's based at Massey, with one or two under restoration. This Hangar Party will go on, sunshine, rain, or fresh snow, so come meet a great bunch of old-airplane folks.

"Announcing our 6th Annual Hangar Party, at Massey Aerodrome (MD1), Sunday Dec 3, 2006 from 1PM to 5PM. Come help us celebrate our progress! Bring an Hors D'oeuvres if you like.

If you need to contact us: Airport: 410-928-5270 or at the Douglass house at 410-348-5210

Hope to see you here.
